Quick delivery, and that $100 Valentine's Day discount is a nice perk. There were no printed instructions in the box, but I found them online without much hassle. It's still the middle of winter here, so I can't say much about using it just yet. I picked this brand and model since it was one of the few options under 50 pounds.

"No spare parts without the original receipt!"
I received an old Velodor ebike as a gift, but the throttle's broken. I reached out to see if I could buy a new throttle. They told me that without the original sales receipt from three years back, they’d think I stole the bike and wouldn’t sell me the part. After chatting online and talking on the phone with Carlos, this is how it went down: "Carlos, just to clarify, you won’t sell me a replacement throttle without that original sales receipt for a three-year-old ebike. And this is to keep your customers safe from, I guess, the next owner, somehow. So your suggestion is that I should just buy a new ebike instead of fixing the old one.👍"

"My New Dolphin Purchase"
I recently got myself a dolphin. It showed up in great shape, though the front sprocket was a bit bent. I managed to fix that up. The disk brakes were rubbing a bit and needed some tweaking (shoutout to YouTube for the help). Putting on the fenders was a bit tricky, especially with the rear rack I added. This bike is super quick and strong. I can fit both dolphins in the back of my van (my wife has one as well). Exciting adventures are on the horizon!

"Awesome bike - assembly guide needed"
This bike is fantastic and meets my expectations or even exceeds them. The assembly instructions are provided as a video, but it moves too quickly, gets dark when you pause it, and doesn't offer enough detail. Even though the bike comes mostly put together, a written manual would be super helpful for those of us who aren't bike experts. They were pretty responsive when I shot them an email with my questions.

"Inquiry Follow-Up Regarding My Concern"
I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how the Qualisport Dolphine performs and how easy it is to fold up for storage and transport.
I ran into a little snag with my seat clamp; it needed a tiny plastic washer. Unfortunately, the seat clamp comes as a complete unit. Luckily, I found a similar washer at Ace Hardware. Quilisports reached out to me via email to check on my initial concern. A few months later, I got another email asking if everything was sorted out.
I truly appreciate the service, support, and follow-up regarding my issue.
Overall, I'm super happy with my two Quilisport Dolphine bikes.

"Absolutely loving my Volador!"
I'm really enjoying my Volador! Just a heads up, the shipping didn’t come from Canada, so you gotta factor in customs and taxes. The bike shops here won’t touch bikes they didn’t sell. So, I ran into an issue with rain and the main dial got cracked, which let water in. The bike was out of commission. I went ahead and ordered that electronic part. Fingers crossed, I got it from Qualisport. Their service for shipping the part was top-notch. It was a bit pricey, but I managed to fix it myself since it’s pretty straightforward. I’ve put over 1500 miles on it in 2 years, though I did spend about 2 months trying to sort out the main dial! Anyway, this bike and the service are really great!

"Pros and Cons"
Pros: The Dolphin features a low center of gravity, with its batteries cleverly tucked away in the frame. The brakes work really well. It folds up nicely and rolls smoothly when it's all packed away. The torque sensor gets you going fast, but only when you're pedaling. Cons: The top speed is capped at 20 MPH, and there's no way to change that, even if you mess with the controller settings. The throttle feels slow and weak, even if the controller is set to allow throttle control from a standstill. When I reached out for technical help, the replies were pretty condescending and not useful at all. Qualisports isn't much help when it comes to finding spare parts either.

"Guaranteed Satisfaction"
I’ve checked out a bunch of different E bike brands, even buying one and sending it back. Recently, I got my hands on three Quail sport Echo’s, and I gotta say, I’m really happy with my picks. Took a trip to San Diego and gave the bikes a good run, and let me tell you, the battery usage was hardly anything after three days of riding on and off. The ride felt super smooth and comfy. My wife even pointed out that we made a solid choice. It was a breeze to fit all three Eco bikes in the back of my SUV without needing to fold the seats down. We’re just thrilled with our buy.

Once I got my new Volador out of the box, I was really taken by the quality and design. I bought this for my private plane to use for ground transport, and it met all my expectations. "This bike rides and works great..."
This bike rides and works great. The way it folds is just right. But, I gotta say, the tires are splitting on the sidewalls, both front and back, on each side. Since the bike is less than 6 months old, I really don’t get why the tires are falling apart like this.

"Happy with My Volador Bike"
I'm really pleased with my Volador! There were some hold-ups in production during the winter, but QS made it right by throwing in some free accessories. Liz Xu, the marketing manager, kept me updated on how the bike was coming along. It showed up in decent condition, though the rear fender got a bit banged up in transit. They've offered to cover the repair costs. I haven't yet started searching for someone to fix it. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the bike. The setup was quick and easy, and everything's functioning just fine.
